      ---  Head on collision between #49 and #98 near east end of New Douglas siding.  Train #49
   should have approached siding prepared for meet with #98 but approached at speed finding #98
   waiting on mainline.  Eastbound #98 had direction right over #49 and #49 had right over #98 as
   far west as New Douglas by train order.  This train order right of #49 ended at the east switch.
